Item pricing in the dynamic price market is always 0. We need to implement the dynamic market.

* Added Graphics for Pickaxe

A pickaxe button, on and off positions
A pickaxe map icon (which is in 32X rather than 64X. I can make it larger, but I think it will look better in the smaller size) 
2 variants of stone rubble item.

* Added Graphics #3

Added a Character base to build from with 4 directions of walk animation (animation sequence is 1,2,1,3 for each set)
Added trees
Added new Dirt and Grass textures.
Removed old grass dirt transitions
Removed placeholder pick icons
Organized Graphics folder.
