Order research cards by new attribute priority rather than date #4

Making date a plain string is fair enough.
Priority set from -20 to 20. Default (if not specified) to zero.
Same priority then ordered alphabetically by research title.

I think priority can be arbitrary integer.
If you prefer this setting (from OS), you can only use -20 to 20.
