new maintained gem

I created a new repository based on a fork of this project.

The gem followable_behaviour is now published on rubygems.

I took some of the PRs here to included them.
I tested it on Ruby 3.1.2 and Rails 7.

Contributions are more than welcome.

While I appreciate that you created a new gem, all the methods are completely different and would require applications that already use the old gem to reconfigure their application to work with yours.

Hello,
thanks.
I created alias so it's backward compatible with the acts_as_follower gem.
That's how I used it.
the main repo is here : https://gitlab.com/jbpfran/followable-behaviour
