[feature req] userProfilePhoto method support #553

would love to see userProfilePhoto support alongside setMyName, setMyDescription, and friends.

currently it's only possible direct via mtproto or botfather, would be awesome to see a POST method support.

There is no way to "localize" bot photo, so there is no point in setting it via API. It can be set once by the owner of the bot.
