moffi.ini workspace not found when workspace ends with " ", like "Toulouse - Framework 3.2 " #11

If workspace ends with " " in moffi.ini workspace is not found.
Test city: Toulouse,
Workspace "Toulouse - Framework 3.2 " (ends with a space char)

also, the workspace is not listed in the error message giving the list of available workspaces
