By some detective work, I've been able to discover and acknowledge the review managers for all current standards except for the GUID AS. I'm not sure whether the older standards adopted under previous practices actually had review managers. Somebody with historical knowledge or access to the old OJS system should figure out who those review managers were. @stanblum

Hi again Steve, I was "editor" of both the GUID and LSID Applicability Statements. I'm not sure if that equates with the review manager role, or whether there was such a role at the time.

@ben3000 In a tangentially related issue (tdwg/process#7) related to revising the Review Manager guidelines, I located the email announcing the public review of the GUID/LSID AS:

http://lists.tdwg.org/pipermail/tdwg-content/2009-October/000276.html

I'm not sure what your exact title was, but functionally you were serving in the role we now call "review manager", so I think it should be considered that.
