Does not exist when searched for in Google play store, no download link on web page, not an easy app to download.

You don't have to download it to use it. It's just a website. You can add it to your home screen if you want. See also https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/9658361?co=GENIE.Platform%3DAndroid&oco=1
