encountered the same, even I manually create the file , it can't solved the problem.

additional information, I am working under cygwin shell,
the correct path of the json file should be c:\dev\code\public_blog\cache\hexo-auto-link-checker.json
instead of C:\cygdrive\c\dev\code\public_blog\cache\hexo-auto-link-checker.json
below si the error I got:
