Unable to connect on macOS Ventura 13.6.4 and port 3389 not enable #18

I followed the guide https://teamunstablers.notion.site/xrdp-Ulalaca-Getting-started-f82b0c55f0b540a6ac277cc5902361b1 however I am unable to establish a connection using RDP.
Also when I scan my Mac mini (M1 processor) for the available ports, it returns ports 22(ssh) and 5900(vnc) are listening while 3389 doesn't seem to be open.

Any idea on how to debug and get this working?
