Effect:

"Gliding" "Fully charged arrows fly straight."

Fully charged arrows suffer VERY little gravity drop, but move a little slower as they fly through the air.

Small blue swirls spiral off of the fully charged arrow as it flies.

Relabel/reskin of old 'Horus's Soaring' artifact.
