uid should probably be prefixed with metallurgybees / metallurgy to be consistent
crash on 3rd tab of beelayzer (npe at specialty list)
npe on iron (gold, others) honey comb usage lookup (neiplugins)
crash on centrifuge workcycle with iron honey comb: npe at forestry.factory.gadgets.MachineCentrifuge.workCycle(MachineCentrifuge.java:229)
Crash with apiarist database(extrabees) (probably related to beealyzer/npe in specialty list)
Crash with recipe lookup/usage of bee(neiaddons) (may also be related to npe in specialty list)

11:53 Nirek the uid thing I should probably explain a bit better, thats one thing that you can't really change after it gets into the wild
11:54 Nirek species uids are usually either addonname.speciesSpecies, or addonname.species.Species ie: extrabees.species.gold forestry.speciesTropical magicbees.speciesPupil
11:58 Nirek and the flower ids are usually addonname.flowerType or addonname.flower.Type magicbees.flowerAuraNode forestry.flowersCacti extrabees.flower.redstone, it's simple changes but if you change the allele name after it's in circulation all the old ones crash/turn to forest bees, heh

Ok, will fix the npe's if you could send me the crash report or code location of crash.
I will also prefix wih "metallurgy".

Ok, prefixes are in place and the bugs have been fixed.
Updating will crash your world, so either remove all bees or delete world.
