Add bandcamp support

Is it possible to add support for bandcamp, doesn't require login and have preview and sometimes complete albums available

You're free to implement it yourself in NewPipeExtractor though

This really interests me, I use a lot of bandcamp and newpipe. It would be great not to require the bandcamp app
