- `Typescript interface`에서 IDL파일 (예: `Protobuf`, `OpenAPI JSON`)로 변경 및 설정한 언어들의 `Interface`파일로 `Actions CI/CD` 추가 및 빌드가능하게 변경
- 글로벌API에서 깃 서브모듈로 사용할 수 있도록
- 내륙 및 제주 렌트카 통합에도 적용 가능한 IDL을 만들 수 있도록 기반작업
	- Car,Vehicle에대한 정의
	- Vendor, Shop에대한 정의
- 다른 Domain (Hotel, KTX등)에서 사용 가능한 IDL 구축
