Push IDS skip check back into core #12

CRM/Core/IDS.php has been patched to allow for additional paths to be skipped as part of IDS.

This should be pushed back into Civi Core to remove the override.

This seems to have been fixed in CRM-18353 so it would be good to use this pattern

Hi Tom,

Can you just clarify this for me ( Using 4.7.11) do I have to do anything specific for the IDS checks to be skipped - when I grep the code base there is no reference to the defined variable CIVICRM_IDS_SKIP
