Sending large files like item_arrange.bin takes a long time, and it's even worse when lots of files are sent, e.g. with the AddMissingPokemonModels mod. We should be smarter and somehow figure out which files have been changed since the last deployment, also the FTP transfer could maybe be multithreaded instead of sending each file in sequence.
