Project Files not all of them are loading into the solution

The problem with the earlier issue of missing projects in the solution load. When the master solution is downloaded, the associated CS.proj files for some of the projects disappear. One could recreate the projects as stand alone library projects and then reference them in to the solution through the project reference directory.
