Subject Encoding Error

In My Gmail Inbox I can see the actual subject.

But I am getting subject from Message.php class is

=?UTF-8?Q?Fwd:Snapchat_Spectacles!(and_5_other_phys?=
=?UTF-8?Q?ical_products)_=F0=9F=95=B6=F0=9F=83=8F=E2=9B=B1?=
=?UTF-8?Q?=F0=9F=8E=92=E2=9D=84=EF=B8=8F=F0=9F=91=BB[#AAAA-0000-0001]?=

Do you have any idea about this. Please help me to fix this.

You might be able to get some clues from here - it's do with subject emoji unicode encoding I believe.
