Doesn't build with v1.9.5 (HEAD) of ReactiveCoca #155

It seems the podspec is out-of-date with the latest changes; requiring ARC when specific files do not.

Quickfix: I've pegged the ReactiveCocoa to v1.8.1 and it now compiles. Best to check whether you benefit from the 1.9.x changes.
