The Slack link doesn't work (expired), and neither does the Tekton users mailing list (invite only).

The Slack invite link was recently updated in tektoncd/community#1094 but this page was missed, I've opened a PR to update it.

As for the mailing lists, when signed in to a Google account you should see an option to 'Join group'. Clicking that will grant you access:
