In the same line as in MySQL it should be possible to define an expiration policy for other sinks. Sinks to analize:

Postgis: done in PR add expirateRecords for postgis and postgresql #1918
Postgres: done in PR add expirateRecords for postgis and postgresql #1918
CKAN: done by expirateRecordsCache in CKAN backend
HDFS
STH: done in mongobackend when create collection
Mongo: done in mongobackend when create collection
