Cygnus installer does not rename matching_table.conf.template to matching_table.conf #367

Having a look on the packaging code, it seems no configuration template is instantiated into real configuration. That makes sense since real configuration files need hard tuning by the user. Nevertheless, this matching_table.conf file can be perfectly instantiated (it dos not require any initial tuning, the only requirement is the file exists) and a lot of error repports will be avoided in the future :)

Other possibility is to modify the code in order Cygnus does not crash if such a file is not found.

Fixed in #368

Finally, the code was modified in order to accept not configured or not existent matching table files.
