Old transaction ID was renamed as correlator ID (obtained from the Fiware-Correlator Http header if notified, otherwise auto-generated by Cygnus).

Now, transaction ID must be an internal ID to Cygnus, used to internally correlate log traces.

If has been defined that in case the Fiware-Correlator http header is not notified, both correlation ID and transaction ID must have the same value.
