Recently Cygnus has improved its name mapping functionality, see issue telefonicaid/fiware-cygnus#1456 and implementing PR telefonicaid/fiware-cygnus#1457.

Given that STH should "mirror" the same functionality regarding name mappings, this issue is about covering that gap.
