Support for 360° photos (panorama projection)

Steps to reproduce

1. Upload a 360° photo to Telegram.
2. Open uploaded photo.

Expected behaviour

I expect to see a rotatable panoramic photo, as in Facebook and probably other social networks.

Actual behaviour

Flat large photo is shown, without possibility to rotate.

Configuration

Operating system: Ubuntu 16.04.

Version of Telegram Desktop: 1.1.23

That would be a nice feature to have, given the increase of 360 cameras popularity

I would love to see this too, 360 cameras are not too expensive anymore and I'd love to share some with my friends.
Detecting a jpg that's 360 and then having it display in a 360 degree viewer within the TG client would be pretty hecking neat!

I'm seeing a huge surge in 360 cameras around me.
Planar/equirectangular to spherical projection on images that match a 2:1 ratio could be a nice feature to have as this is, by far, the most common scenario we can find.

I would really like to see this feature in Telegram, Facebook already has built-in support for photo 360.
