so that you can open more than one instance of the program, on multiple monitors, and calibrate/compare color on all monitors

I've added a keybinding for fullscreen toggle in R2 release, but pygame seems to not like rendering more than one instance running in fullscreen. This feature would be nice for display color calibration/tweaks but I don't really have an answer to the pygame issue at this time.
