4.41 Update causes Known Property Errors

After upgrading to @progress/kendo-theme-bootstrap: 4.41.0, I get the following errors:

speak property is a CSS property part of the css speech module. While the value has changed from speak: none to speak:never, the legacy value is still supported by browsers and screen readers alike.

Note: that particular line of css has been in the themes for more than 5 years, so it's unlikely that an upgrade of the themes caused the error. More likely, the upgrade coincided with something else that updated the definitions and hence the warning.
