Describe the bug
Reported issue from the ticket ID 1565276. Bootstrap uses $font-family-base variable which is missing in our Bootstrap theme.

To reproduce
Open the following link with Bootstrap variables:

kendo-themes/packages/bootstrap/scss/_variables.scss

Line 320 in 0e97e64

$font-family: $font-family-sans-serif !default;
