Edited cell in the Spreadsheet does not scroll when the sheet is scrolled

To reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://demos.telerik.com/kendo-ui/spreadsheet/index
2. Double click in a cell to enter edit mode
3. Scroll down

Expected behavior
The edited cell shall scroll with the spread and not stay fixed
