Bug report

When selecting the table and move the mouse in order to select the table marker for resizing, the table get unselected automatically by mouse move. The cursor also disappears.

Reproduction of the problem

Firefox: http://screencast.com/t/OcWHD5tmS - the table handles are lost
Chrome: http://screencast.com/t/RZzNCRDQ - the cursor here disappears.

Kendo UI version: 2016.3.914
Browser: [Chrome and Firefox]
