autoFitColumn() does not calculate widths properly on IPad when there are icons in the header

Bug report

Grid autoFitColumn() does not calculate column widths properly on IPad, when there are icons in the column header (for example if filtering or columnMenu is enabled). The issue is observable in Safari and Chrome on IPad only (tested with iOS versions 9.3.5 and 10.1.1)

Current behavior

Header text is truncated and the icon is rendered over the visible part of the text

Expected/desired behavior

The whole header text to be visible, and the icon to be rendered next to it with an adequate offset.
