The "expanded" node icon is reset to "collapsed" on drag and drop of sibling node #4820

Bug report

The expand icon of the treeview node is reset when another node is dropped next to it.

Reproduction of the problem

Open the Drag and Drop demo of the treeview.
In the initial state the "Furniture" node is expanded.
Take the "Decor" node and drop it above the furniture node

Current behavior

The "Furniture" node stays expanded but the icon changes to "collapsed".

Expected/desired behavior

The "Furniture" node stays expanded and its icon remains "expanded".

Environment

Kendo UI version: 2019.1.115
jQuery version: 1.12.3 and 1.12.4 were tested
