Bug report

The TextArea triggers the change event even though no changes have been made, when the value is set to null. This behavior occurs only the first time the TextArea is focused/unfocused.

Reproduction of the problem
Dojo: https://dojo.telerik.com/@gdenchev/IFiJocOz

Current behavior
The change event is triggered when no change has been made.

Expected/desired behavior
The change event should not be triggered.

Environment
Kendo UI version: 2021.1.224
jQuery version: 1.12.4
Browser: [all]
