Describe the bug
Currently, ThemeBuilder uses TreeList templates with React - however, a known bug in Kendo UI for React prevents the proper styling for TreeList components in other Kendo/Telerik suites. Once the React and the other Kendo/Telerik teams present a unified rendering, we should update the TreeList template in ThemeBuilder.

To Reproduce
As described in t.1631150

Actual Results
TreeList styling is limited due to non-unified rendering for all Kendo/Telerik suites.

Expected behavior
To have a template that works with the unified rendering - that will be possible only after the Kendo/Telerik teams introduce a unified rendering.

ThemeBuilder R3 2023, Kendo Themes 7.0.1, Kendo React and Kendo MVC R3 2023
