Could you kindly share the steps for building and compiling the project?
For instance, I have installed pg16 and would like to build pg_tier separately.

Sure, we are working on it. Dependency lists and build steps are in the immediate TODO list.

In the meantime you can try out the steps mentioned in docker file. In case if you stuck, feel free to ask.
