- Fixes incorrect tabindex attribute on skip link
- Indents logo SVG with 4 spaces for consistency with HTML
- adds more unique ID to logo SVG title
- Makes Twitter SVG title IDs unique and allows two per page
- Adds role="group" to address to stop duplicate contentinfo being added implicitly
