bcs-app打包部署后访问找不到前端资源，bcs-app的前端资源需要自己添加吗？自己把前端资源编译好后应该放在那个路径下呢？（以backend路径层级开始），另外webconsole在没有社区版支持的情况下应该如何启动呢？
