What would you like to be added:
Java类型的插件运行中，希望能添加一些自定义的JVM参数，但是目前execution.target字段中填写的命令未生效，导致参数指定无效，希望能添加对参数指定的支持。

Why is this needed:
未指定JVM参数的Java进程在容器中运行时无法准确感知容器内存限制，会导致进程的内存分配超限后被系统杀死，从而导致插件运行失败。
