问题： 现在插件代码库即使通过gradle-wrapper.properties文件配置distributionUrl指定了gradle版本，插件打包的时候还是用了镜像中默认的gradle版本进行打包，可能会造成镜像中的gradle版本和插件的代码不匹配。

措施： 插件打包时需要根据gradle-wrapper.properties文件配置distributionUrl指定了gradle版本进行打包
