for test 可以在测试环境进行验收 priority: High 当issue为Feature时，则「优先处理」。当issue为Bug时，则「优先处理」或「本期必须修复，较Urgent低」。待处理级别在Urgent之后

问题描述：
没有云资源发现“编辑”“删除”权限时，点击编辑弹窗提示管理的资源实例信息这里没有同步
一，前置条件：
没有云资源发现“编辑”“删除”权限

二，操作步骤：
1.点击编辑/删除

三，预期结果：
显示关联的资源实例信息

四，实际结果：
没有显示关联的资源实例信息
