问题描述：
新建集群集群名称输入特殊字符“.+-@%$%^&*(”提示集群名称校验不通过，建议直接输入特殊字符时直接校验
一，前置条件：
在业务拓扑页面

二，操作步骤：
1.点击新建
2.集群名称输入特殊字符“.+-@%$%^&*(”
3.点击新建

三，预期结果：
直接在输入的时候直接校验，与下面一样
