问题描述

重现方法

例如，标准运维一个流程节点(快速执行脚本原子)，该原子调用作业平台接口执行任务，作业平台执行完任务回调标准运维node_callback接口，如果该接口的业务层出现了异常，比如‘can not find sleep process with current node’，'ScheduleService matching query does not exist'等异常，重试机制不生效只会执行一次
