云应用支持https跳转设置

在内容分发网络中域名管理的 Https 设置里面有http跳转设置，可以完成从http强行301跳转到https的效果，但是在云接入中只有绑定域名，并没有强行跳转https的功能

@chhpt 如果同时支持http和https两种访问方式，那么用户访问http时就会被提示不安全。

注意：

1. 目前单个环境仅支持绑定一个 HTTPS 域名
2. 绑定 HTTPS 自定义域名后，默认域名 HTTPS 将无法访问
3. 请确定自定义的域名已配置 CNAME 解析到默认域名，可参考CNAME 解析配置

目前云接入函数不支持http强制跳转https，而且只能一个域名，后续会做更改..
