重现步骤

设置value值之后假如值的子级菜单 则父级菜单的选中效果丢失，手动切换子级菜单父级是有选中效果的，刷新后子级选中父级丢失样式

期望结果

子级选中后父级有默认的选中效果

实际结果

手动选中父级有选中效果，初始化就选中子级父级没有选中效果
