目前TF不支持腾讯云DNS，这是非常基础的功能。

DNS产品还在调整，计划明年2月份支持terraform哈

暂时可以使用 DNSPod API (provider: https://github.com/cofyc/terraform-provider-dnspod, forked and modified from doitian/terraform-provider-dnspod).

还没支持吗？看到一个新的resource dnspod_domain_instance, 但是不能配置域名记录，那自动创建的公网ip怎么做关联？
