@ilgooz this should be good now... Tested the template resulting from this branch of tendermint/vue (incl updated @starport/client-js, @starport/vue and @starport/vuex packages) extensively with starport v0.18. All functtionality appears to work properly including IBC and in-browser relayers |

Update all node deps to latest possible.
Packages using vue updated to use @vue/cli v.5 (which uses webpack v5 for bundling)
vue and template packages now have testing framework setup.
