model from 'rtpose' link cannot archieved a good performance

Thanks for your great work.
I have found that the converted pytorch model and 'rtpose' model are the same ones, which generated the exactly same results on Market dataset. Are they the same model?
Cause I cannot use it to get the same results with the other authors who used your proposed model on Market dataset.
