Currently it points to
https://github.com/tensorflow/tensorflow/blob/master/tensorflow/core/profiler/README.md#quick-start which is 404.

Hey Jason, I'm sorry to say this tool has been deprecated. While I was handling the UI as a 20% project, another Googler was handling the C++ backend. He left the company though, and nobody has been assigned to replace him on this project. I spoke with Jon Shlens and he recommended deprecating this tool in favor of TensorBoard: https://www.tensorflow.org/tensorboard/r2/tensorboard_profiling_keras

The link should be directed to the TensorBoard documentation for profiling. Specifically, it should point to the section that provides information about profiling Keras models using TensorBoard.
