Omnisphere not generating audio

As reported by a user, Omnisphere doesn't seem to generate audio from MIDI files. Error log can be found here:

Contacted Spectrasonics for NFR serial for testing, we'll see what they say.

I found the same problem with an old version of 4Front Piano (7MB x86 version):

The new version is here and does work (14MB download x86 version for comparison):

If it helps the old non-working version shows this:

I assume that means the old one that is silent is doing no processing at all.
