The spec should include metric units. What the hell is an inch?

An inch is an archaic unit of measurement used by Liberia, Myanmar, and some country north of Cuba: http://www.nerdylorrin.net/jerry/postages/MapOfCountriesNotMetric-800px.jpg

An inch is used because the "official" stickers were created using inches and a satisfactory conversion to metric has not yet been found.

UK is also found of imperial units, alongside the offical metric units.

Well, 2 inches is 50.8mm .
I guess, we could close it to 50mm for the sake of practicality, or 51mm.

Yes, even in the United States we can convert to centimeters. The issue is in the rounding which is why I said "and a satisfactory conversion to metric has not yet been found."

I didn't mean no disrespect!

It's just that from my point of view, either we round it to 50mm or 51mm.
I feel that smaller should not be a problem (less than 0.5mm on each side
from the imperial standard) as the sticking precision will be in the same
range.
