Problems in re-sync on the shared group folder in Mendeley

Hi, We have a shared group folder in Mendeley that we'd like to pull in reference for our shared google documents. Unfortunately, we can't find the new folders that we made in the shared group folder in the Apps when we open the library in the google doc. We've tried clearing the cache and checked the the admin status and some far nothing works. Can you please suggest any other ways for checking or re-syncing? Thanks!
